Why I Do This
Unclaimed property systems exist to return funds to their rightful owners, but the process can often be unclear or time-consuming. Many individuals are unaware that property may be held in their name, or they encounter difficulty navigating the requirements needed to recover it. I established NorthPoint Property Claims to provide a straightforward and reliable way for individuals to identify and recover these funds without having to manage the administrative process on their own. My focus is on accuracy, transparency, and helping simplify a process that can otherwise require significant time and attention.
What My Role Is
As a Claims Representative, my role is to assist clients through the administrative process of recovering unclaimed property. This includes identifying potential claims, preparing and organizing required documentation, and facilitating communication with the appropriate state agencies. I do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. Clients always have the option to file a claim directly with the state at no cost. My role is limited to providing assistance for those who prefer guidance in completing the process.
